My work is grounded in research and shaped by real-world application across educational ecosystems.

Through my research, I evaluated how students build the knowledge, confidence, and skills necessary for post-secondary success when implementation begins in Grade 7.

  1. Doctoral research on college and career readiness
  2. Dissertation published through ProQuest
  3. Expert with federal and state grant outcomes
  4. CCR terminology adopted by Manchester High School
  5. Work across schools, districts, and communities

Grounded in published doctoral research and validated through real-world implementation, my work transforms college and career readiness into clear, actionable pathways that drive measurable outcomes.
